What do you like best about being with others?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 03, 2007:

My favorite thing about being around other people is when we are focused on a common goal, and when we are all excited about what we are doing.  Nothing quite beats a group of excited people-- good things always happen.

What role do dreams play in your life?

Dream_standard_1280x960
I actually recorded my dreams for years and years-- from the time I was 15 till around 25-- and i see my dreams as representations of my vibrational stance.  I see my dreams as tools to show me what I am currently attracting.  Sometimes I have a dream of something unwanted-- and it leaves me with a powerful desire to want the opposite of that.  Sort of a heads up of coming events.

Sometimes it leaves me basking in appreciation for what i experienced, and therefore increases the 'allowing'-- the letting it in by leaving me in appreciation.

In all cases, they lighten up any resistance I am having in some way. :)

How did you learn to think for yourself?

Well, doing things the way others wanted me to do things just didn't work. ;)  Sometimes it takes a few people poking at ya to make you realize you are the genius human being that  you are.

By which 'sense' are you most affected?

I'd have to go with the good 'ol 6th sense.  Emotions give the best feedback, in my opinion, once you understand what thet are giving you feedback in response to... that one took me a little while to figure out. ;)

If I were to pick one of the 5- I'd have to say vision.

Being the change? Changing the world?

Posted on Dec 28th, 2007 by dave : Good Vibes dave
So, I had an inspired thought today at lunch.  I was talking with Special K about zaadz, we were talking about our slogans, and the slight differences in mission and purpose the company has evolved thru.  Got my noggin going a bit.

I went to the bathroom, and an inspired thought hit me.  You know-- that feeling when something is being communicated-- and it is more or less a feeling of 'knowing'- but then we translate it into words?  Yeah.

Now bare with me- but I would describe the energy as Gandhi- and it 'said', "The reason I said, 'be the change you want to see in the world' is not because I wanted people to change conditions on earth to be happy- but so they could be happy, and thus come to the fulfillment of their desire."

The slogan "Let's change the world" just seems outdated.  How about, "Let us joyfully dream what this world could be, while dreaming and becoming whatever our heart desires- knowing the perfection of the world- we can't get it wrong, we won't get it done.  And as long as I am happy in my own life- I know that is all I have to give."  Too long?

Can you imagine a world where people know their power, and each person is asking for whatever they want, and receiving it, asking and receiving-- as soon as we reach any stage of life, it acts as a platform to dream up the next version we want to live-- so why can't we just stop struggling, trust that life is giving each person exactly what they are asking for-- STOP seeing people as powerless- and START acknowledging their power-- leading them in the direction of whatever they desire.

Look at our bodies, or any other life form which works in sync with every other part of itself.  Our cells act as individual life forms-- selfishly asking for the minerals and vitamins it needs, and getting them.  We don't see cells in a body saying, "But if I take this mineral, what about the other 45 billion cells?"

I feel the people who are living that add the most value to the world.  They are the alive ones, the crazy ones-- the ones who know anything is possible.  The ones who can look at a person and make them feel worthy and alive.  They are the ones living dream after dream, and having more fun than most people can imagine.  Now *that's* being the change. :)
